A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Louissa and I'm a virtual assistant working from home in Omagh, N. Ireland. I'm an experienced administrator and project coordinator with a 15-year international employment background in administrative roles, recruitment and HR coordination, and meeting and event planning. In 2019, following a brief career break, I began offering virtual assistant solutions.

My clients, past and present, are based within the UK and Europe across the sectors, health and wellness, interior design, photography and utility solutions.I support clients with their day-to-day admin workload, as well as handling more focused event/course coordination, operations and recruitment projects. I am interested in working with small business owners, training and learning providers, coaches, education professionals, and HR teams to support their in-house recruitment needs.

I provide support with a strong focus on detail, organisation, and thoroughness. I enjoy collaborating with like-minded individuals and teams to help lighten their admin workload, allowing them to focus on what truly matters. If you’d then like to proceed, once the agreement and terms have been accepted and signed, we can get started working together. This simply ensures we both have a clear understanding of the support required and the scope of work involved.

WHAT MY SERVICES COST

Every client is different, so the cost really depends on the type of support you need and total duration. Outlined below are the pricing options.

Hourly Rate: £32

This option is designed for ad hoc support on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis. A minimum engagement of one hour applies, with no ongoing commitment or retained hours required. Support is subject to availability, and hours are invoiced upon completion of the work.

 

Retainer Rates

Retainer packages are suitable for specific projects with pre-agreed hours, or for long-term ongoing support. Unlike ad hoc support, retainers provide dedicated time each month to ensure continuity and consistency.

 

Retainers are available from a minimum of 10 hours per month at the rates below. Packages are billed in advance to secure dedicated time and ongoing availability, with any additional hours outside the agreed retainer invoiced separately. As retainers reserve dedicated time each month, unused hours do not roll over.

  • 10-hour (min) retainer package - per project or per month: £320

  • 20-hour (min) retainer package - per project or per month: £640
