A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Louissa Ward and I am a virtual assistant working remotely in Omagh, N. Ireland. I am an experienced administrator and project coordinator with a 15-year international employment background in administrative roles, recruitment and HR coordination, and meeting and event planning. In 2019, following a brief career break, I began my role as a virtual assistant.

​

My clients, past and present, are based within the UK across the sectors, health and wellness, interior design, photography and utility solutions. I support clients by managing their routine day-to-day administrative workload as well as handling more focused recruitment and event project work. I am interested in working with small business owners across diverse industries, coaches and training professionals, and assisting HR teams with their in-house recruitment needs.

I can be relied up on to deliver support with a high level of detail, organisation and completeness. I enjoy working with like-minded individuals and teams to help alleviate their administrative workload, allowing them to focus on what truly matters to them. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply contact me either by email or phone with an outline of the type of admin support you need and I will follow up with a free, no obligation quote.

If you'd then like to go ahead with my VA services, and once the terms and agreement are accepted and signed, we can then begin getting to work! This is to ensure both parties understand the scope of work involved.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Every client is different, so this really depends on the type of support you need and total duration. Outlined below are two options.

​

Hourly Rate: £30

This is for ad hoc support on a pay-as-you-go basis. This is a flexible option paying for what you need, when you need it. All invoices for hourly rate contracts are issued weekly.

​

Retainer Rates

These can be used for specific projects where a set number of hours are agreed before the work begins or where access to regular support on a long-term basis is required. Retainer packages are available at the rates below starting at a minimum of 10 hours support, with fees due prior to the work starting.

 

  • 10-Hour Retainer Package (per project or per month): £280 (£20 saving)

​

  • 20-Hour Retainer Package (per project or per month): £540 (£60 saving)

​​

For all client contracts, whether ad hoc or for retained hours, time is recorded so you can be sure of accurate billing.

Audio Transcription

Rates are subject to the duration (minutes) of audio file to be transcribed and audio clarity.
